Terms and Conditions:
•In case of accident, the lessee agrees to pay the first 10,00 Baht for any damages.•In the event an accident occurs while the lessee is intoxicated, the lessee shall be fully responsible.
•In term of monthly rate rental, the lessee agreed to pay for the vehicle by the contract above. In case the lessee return the vehicle before the agreement period, the company will instead charge for the vihicle by daily rate or weekly rate.
•The lessee agreed to return the vehicle with the level of petrol as same as the first hiring date. The lessee agreed to be charged at the market price in case the level of petrol is lower than the first hiring date. If the level of petrol is more than the first hiring date petrol level, there will be no refund.
•The lessee must possess a valid international or local driver's license.
•The lessee must be at least 18 years of age.
•The lessee and owner must check the condition of vehicle before leaving and mutually agree on condition of vehicle being hired.
•Vehicle must be retrurned to owner on date time of hiring agreement.
•In the event the vehicle is returned late the lessee agrees to pay 300 Baht per hour of the overtime use.
•In the event of an accident the rented vehicle will not be moved until directed by the police. Furthermore, no increminating statements will be made prior to consulting with a representative of the company insuring the rented vehicle.
•The deposit of car rental reservation is non-refundable.
•This rate is available from 18 Apr - 31 Oct 12 only.
•The lessee must be pick up and return car at Phuket Airport only. Out area must be chargeable.
•Arrival time and flight details must required.
